Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative
Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers, the register of members the register of directors and secretaries, the register of directors' interests & the register of charges
Shareholders correspondence, Forwarding all the queries received from the shareholders to the Registrar and Transfer agents
Coordinating and making arrangements for the release of advertisements with regard to Board meeting and quarterly results
Ensuring compliance of the Takeover Regulations and any other laws or rules as may be applicable in this regard and forwarding the reports to stock exchanges

Ensuring compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, forwarding the reports to stock exchanges and maintenance of various documents.
Providing members and auditors with notice of meetings
Sending the Registrar copies of resolutions and agreements
Forwarding the quarterly reports to the stock exchanges
Convening of board/Committee /General meetings and preparing minutes thereof
Liasoning with shareholders, stakeholders, Bankers, Government and other Regulators, etc.
All work relating to shares including transfer, transmission, issue of duplicate share certificate, split and consolidation of shares in co-ordination with the Registrar of Share transfer Agents
Filing of forms/documents in physical /electronic form with Registrar of Companies MCA, Stock Exchanges, NSDL, CDSL RBI and other statutory authorities from time to time
Handling the issue of dividend
Dealing with Company Law Board matters
Winding up of private companies.(as and when arises)
Preparation of search reports for banks and financial institutions
Co-ordinating the Merger activities (as and when arises)
Over viewing secretarial activities of group companies both public and private
Preparation of annual report including the group companies
Preparing weekly shareholders report
Recording the price movement of the Company on daily basis
Coordinating with the merchant bankers, various financial institutions, stock exchanges etc. in order to maintain / increase the share price of the Company
Organising sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting products
Establishing new business
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Generating new sales by approaching potential customers
Negotiating contracts and packages with customers
Attending & Arranging site visit with Clients
